Rumored to lay in the Great Horned Owl's treasure horde. Cumbersome, and uncomfortable. Should take up more than one inventory slot.
When worn the mask grants perfect, yet achromatic, vision in total darkness AND stealth as a thief of 2 levels higher. But imposes -4 on all reaction rolls.
A ration of rodent flesh must be consumed each time the mask is worn. The wearer regurgitates a pellet of small bones and fur when the mask is removed.
